1. Why the date of the year is 11 years lesser? A: This is because your location is set to Taiwan. You may change the option to Hong Kong [Start -> Settings - Control Panel -> Regional Options]
2. Can I customize the check format? A: Yes. Users can customize the new check format in the program.
3. Why I cannot print a check? A: Printer must be linked for this function. If the printer has been linked, you may click [check] in the main window, and then click [Edit Format]. In the table, please confirm your printer has been selected in printer field.
4. Is there restore and backup feature? A: Yes, press [settings] in the main window and then you can backup or repair the database by clicking [Database Maintenance] button.
5. How to install the program on a USB flash driver? A: You just need to copy executable file (ChequeKing.exe) and database file (ChequeKing.mem) to USB flash drive. 6. Why the Chinese cannot be displayed correctly? A: For Windows XP users: Go to "Console">> "Regional and Language Options", then select "Advanced” on the right. Set option [display non-Unicode language to] to "Chinese (Hong Kong)" and then re-boot. For Windows Vista users: Go to "Control Panel">> "Regional and Language Options" >> "System Management">>, select [change system settings] on the below. Then set it to "Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong SAR)"and reboot. Windows 7 Users: Go to "Control Panel">> "Regional and Language Options" then select "Keyboard and Languages">>. Set option “Display Language" to "Traditional Chinese” on the below. Then click "System Management ">> at the top and select [change system settings].Set it to "Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong SAR)"and reboot.
